導致失重式喂料機沖料的原因及解決方法

       一、造成失重式喂料機沖料的原因有:
       1、倉壓較大和氣壓較大,粉料沿賺旋葉片螺旋方向沖向出料口,使得設備在喂料處被物料“淹沒”;
       2、螺旋葉片與圖管加工不當絨磨損,使得兩者之間的間隙過大,粉料便從其底部間隙流向出料口;
       3、氣化后的物料從料倉中涌出,直沖喂料處。
       二、解決辦法:
       1、對于較長的單管螺旋喂料機,可采取逐漸增加的螺距,避免裝置在喂料處被物料淹沒而產生的過負荷,也可避免氣化后物料從料倉中向外涌出;
       2、控制嗦旋葉片與管壁間隙單邊在2mm以內,盡量控制物料從底部間隙流向出料口;
       3、縮小內外界壓差,可采取螺旋軸的變節距設計,即進料口葉片螺距大于出料口葉片螺距,這樣能使物料越走越緊;
       4、嗦旋軸中間斷開螺旋葉片,斷開長度為螺旋直徑的I一1.5倍,斷開處加裝擋料板,擋料板制成可拆形式。如此,物料依靠自身力量相互推動,前移速度得到降低,物料密度得以增加,避免了物料從螺旋葉片和管壁的底部間直接流出,也避免了喂料機沖料現象的發生。
