關于喂料機的控制要求及處理能力

       喂料機所有的控制和處理功用都是由自身來完成的,其設備的控制表面會有用的依據其信號計算出單位時間內秤體的重量改動率作為實踐瞬時流量,然后與設定的流量進行比較,進行PID運算后輸出4-20mA的電流信號去改動喂料電機的變頻器的輸出頻率。這樣能夠改動電機的轉速使實際喂料量盡可能的挨近設定的流量,以到達準確喂料的目的。
       假如失重式喂料機依照傳感器傳送的信號進行PID控制的話,因為在這個時間段傳感器感受到的重量改動會變小,然后導致信號失真,為此在控制表面內還設有補料延時時間,該時間是從封閉閥門開端計時的。
       喂料機在開端補料到補料延時時間完畢這段時間內,喂料電機將維持補料前的頻率不變,換言之是在此過程中設備一直處于固定頻率運行狀況—靜態控制。
